Suspicious gallery event

Some suspicious characters will be associated with the Vernon Public Art Gallery.

On October 22, VPAG will host a unique arts party with live performances from the Sounds Suspicious Musicians Collective.

Art After Dark is an evening style night out designed to cultivate those looking for a unique night on the town. With appetizers, drinks, wine tastings, live music, interactive and collaborative art activities, photo rooms and ongoing exhibitions all in one evening at the Downtown Gallery, 3228 – 31st Ave.

Musicians Andrew Judah, Oakmoss (James Balehowsky), Chloe Davidson and Sean Waters will perform at this music-inspired event.

The exhibition Sounds Suspicious: The Intersection of Art and Music will also be featured in the gallery.

“VPAG continually strives to provide fun and unique events that provide a place for individuals to come together to enjoy arts and culture. We hope to welcome people back slowly but surely as we adjust to the new ‘normal’ format of events. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we implement the mandatory vaccine passport control required to host this public event, ”said Dauna Kennedy, VPAG Executive Director.

Wine will be served by Frequency and Vibrant Vines Winery.

Admission is $ 25 per person and tickets are available online.
